Questions

Is it free to start a group?

Yes. Starting a Glad Swap costs nothing. Each person pays only for the gift they give, and we earn a small commission from the maker.

Can people in different cities join?

For now Gift Together runs in Barcelona: every gift is from one of our Barcelona partner makers. Madrid and Tbilisi open later.

How do people join a Glad Swap?

The organiser shares the group link or types everyone's email and we send the invitations. Each person signs in to join, with a link to their email, Google or Telegram. No password.

What if someone doesn't buy their gift?

We remind them 7 and 3 days before the exchange. Three days before, the organiser can cover them with a Glad You Liked gift card in one tap, so nobody is left without a gift.

How long does a gift last?

12 months. If no date works, we help them move it to another maker. If a maker closes, they swap to another maker with a bonus added. Unused gifts come back to the buyer as credit.
