    A specific experience or piece, or an open certificate the recipient chooses with the maker. Add a note; pick when it arrives.

    They redeem it in person

    On-site with the maker, in their city. No cross-border shipping, no customs — the warmth travels, the logistics don't.

Before you send it

What exactly do they get?

A message on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, at the day and time you choose. It opens a gift page with your note and a pass with a code, which they show at the maker's. See what Marta gets ↑

How do they book?

From their gift page they pick a time with the maker, or simply drop by for a piece to take home. The code works whichever day they choose within 12 months.

What if they can't go, or it's not their thing?

They can swap it for another maker in their city, any time within the 12 months. No need to ask you.

What if the maker closes?

We refund you or swap the gift for another maker, whichever you prefer.

Can I pay from abroad?

Yes. That's the point: you can be anywhere. You see prices in your currency (the picker at the top) and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; they redeem the gift in their own city.

Is my payment safe?

Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
