Experience Secret Santa in Barcelona

A Secret Santa where each person draws a name and gives that person an experience instead of an object: a class, a tasting or a dinner. Here the names are drawn online and every experience is from a Barcelona maker, within the budget the group chose.

Setting up the group and joining are free. Each person pays only for the gift they give, within the budget the organiser chose: €20–30, €30–50 or €50–80. Experiences start at €30.

From 3 to 50 people.

The organiser can draw once at least three people have joined. If nobody does, the names are drawn automatically 14 days before the exchange day. Each person gets an email with the name of the person they give to, and nobody sees the full list of pairs.

Yes. When they join, anyone can name people they shouldn’t draw, such as a partner. The organiser sees this and can change it before the draw.

The experiences are in Barcelona. If the person you draw lives somewhere else, you give them a gift card instead.

They get reminders 7 days and 3 days before the exchange day. If they still haven’t chosen, the organiser can give their person a gift card, so nobody is left out.

The organiser decides when creating the group: never, each giver decides, or everyone finds out on the exchange day.

All together on the exchange day the organiser set. When you create the group, that day has to be at least 5 days away.

Yes. A team uses it the same way: one invitation link, one budget, exclusions if needed, and each person pays for their own gift. Groups go up to 50 people.
