Before you send it
What exactly do they get?
A gift page with your note and a pass they can save to their phone. There are three kinds:
- An experience: a specific class, tasting or evening with a local maker.
- A shop certificate: credit for everything in one maker's shop. They pick what they want.
- An open certificate: an amount they can spend with any maker in their city.
Everything is valid for 12 months.
Can I send it to someone in another country?
Yes, that's what we're made for. You can be anywhere; they redeem it in person in Barcelona. More cities are coming.
How do they book?
From their gift page they pick a time with the maker, then show the code at the door. Nothing to print, and no need to ask you.
What if they can't go, or it's not their thing?
They have 12 months to find a day that works. If no date works at all, we help them move it to another maker in their city.
What if the maker closes?
We let you know straight away, and you choose: a full refund, or we swap the gift for another maker.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes. You pay online by card from any country, in euros. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too.
Is my payment safe?
Payments go through Stripe, a certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
